Recertification
Every six months parents are required to recertify to determine if they are still eligible foristock_000001910146xsmallrisingsun assistance based on the information that is submitted to our office.  Failure to submit the requested information in a timely manner will result in termination from the program, and a new application would need to be completed, and eligibility determined.   

Recertification Notices are mailed to parents/guardians  6 weeks prior to the deadline for recertification detailing the information and documents required to re-determine eligibility.
