Every six months parents are required to recertify to determine if they are still eligible for
assistance based on the information that is submitted to our office. Failure to submit the requested information in a timely manner will result in termination from the program, and a new application would need to be completed, and eligibility determined. Recertification Notices are mailed to parents/guardians 6 weeks prior to the deadline for recertification detailing the information and documents required to re-determine eligibility. |
