Caregiver/Provider Restrictions |
- Alcohol, Drugs & Medication-No caregiver/provider shall be under the effects of alco
 hol or medication which impairs functioning when children in care are present.
- Tobacco Products-During child care hours, tobacco products shall not be used in areas where children are in care. Adults cannot smoke in the outside play area.
- Other Employment-The caregiver/provider shall not hold another job or conduct business in the home, either full-time or part-time, during the hours children are in care.
