Definitions
The following words and terms have the following meaning, unless the content clearly indicatesistock_000000691016xsmallenjoyingthemusic otherwise:

“Caregiver/Provider” means an individual who is registered with the Choctaw Nation Child Care Assistance Program as a relative child care home provider.

“Child” means an individual under the age of 18 years.

“Program” means Child Care Assistance (CCA).

“Relative Child Care Home” means a relative’s home which provides care and protection for seven or fewer children for part of the 24-hour day.

“Relatives” means persons in any of the following relationships whether by marriage, blood, or adoption: great grandparent, grandparent, great aunt, aunt, great uncle, uncle, or sibling who is over the age of 18 and does not reside in the home with the child.
